Excellent from start to finish - from arranging the appointment, confirming the day before, turning up promptly on the day, and working really hard all day long! James is lovely and you'll be pleased you asked him to spruce up your flooring. The quarry tile floor in my new house was disgustingly filthy, now it is spotlessly clean and the true colour of the tile and grout has been revealed. Would definitely book again.
