After receiving a couple of quotes for an intruder alarm and CCTV system, I chose CFS not only because they were a great price but because they were really helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly (and I had a few!) and went the extra mile for me. It was a big purchase decision for me especially before Christmas, but I'm so glad I did it through CFS, they have been fantastic from start to finish and I'm really pleased with my new alarm and cameras. The installation went really smoothly and everything was explained professionally. I had one small slight snag with one of the sensors a couple of days later and Carl came round straight away to sort it (it was probably user error!), and it's been great ever since! If you're considering upgrading your home or business security I would definitely recommend these guys.

We have had a great experience with CFS. Our existing fire alarms were about to expire and we realised we needed a full assessment of our converted building of residential flats to ensure we were safe and legally compliant. Craig, who came to survey the building, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and designed a system, including the provision of fire extinguishers, updated emergency lighting and a comprehensive risk assessment, to meet our needs at a fair and competitive price. Stu and Ellis, who fitted the system, where punctual and considerate and took time to fit it in our newly decorated communal hallway as sensitively as possible. We were provided with great training, along with a zone map and log book, to allow us to use the system confidently.
