Just had solar panels fitted could not be happier with work carried out from workmen turning up when they said they would. Even cleaned up after themselves not much room in my electric cupboard but they worked round it and I was really pleased with the result Would 100% recommend but have used before to have boiler fitted

Just had an air source heat pump fitted by the lads at upgrade and save . I couldnt be happier with the service i received. I was very particular with the way i wanted pipes running and certain other elements of the install and as promised by the surveyor this was carried out to the letter, brilliant work also kept everywhere nice and clean Highly recommend

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! We thought we were getting something free from the government which is about time. You lot made that many problems going through electrical wires and charging us for parts needed to be fitted to the boiler tank upstairs. You put the switch for the extractor fan over the top of the door frame for the bathroom and my wife can't reach it and I'm not very tall it's a stretch for me. Your staff are disrespectful to customers considering the family's that can apply for this are mostly vulnerable and disabled people its just not right! Cowboys!!

Upgrade and save came to my property to fit a boiler and fill the party wall. The party wall was done very quick and easy and that is the only reason I give 1 star for that job. A few weeks after Christmas the engineer came to fit the boiler but that's when all the problems started, He drilled through all our electrics in the kitchen and everything was off. My husband lost a days work because he had no Internet connection and the house alarm was going off all-day. Finally, an electrician came to fix the wiring from upgrade and save but the house alarm battery was critically low so we needed to pay 80 to get it fixed thanks to the engineer drilling in the wrong place! A few days later the electricians came to finally get the boiler up and running. To be honest when they arrived at my property I thought their attitude stunk they both looked very cheesed off It made me feel very uncomfortable. When they had left I realised my washing machine and outside security light was not working and it was near that socket they were working on. We called them to ask if they could come back to find out what was wrong and again not a very nice attitude when speaking to me but they said they would come back and they didn't! I had to wait until the next day. Again they arrived with unhappy faces, they realised they had also gone through a wire leading to that socket. I have put photos on with holes just left and terrible filler everywhere also cracked plug socket. while this was all happening from start to finish I had 2 panic attacks as I have problems with mental health and problems with anxiety if just was a terrible experience for me and I wish id never had dealings with them. If you're thinking of using this company PLEASE don't I have never seen such a display of poor quality work and attitude! Taken 5 months to reply to my review!! The proof of poor quality is in the photos. I understand about the decorating and the box at the top that we need to sort out ourselves. It wasn't just the electricians that had an attitude problem it was also the gas engineer that fitted the boiler its self. You came in you turned are home upside down with Electrics and our house Alarm your gas engineer decided to open up our alarm box itself and fiddle around with wires in there. I don't think you understand that I suffer with alot of medical problems and recieved this free due to my disability. I suffer with anxiety and depression and thanks to your lot it took me 3 weeks to recover from this ordeal. To me you didn't care about how much things like this can affect someone with disabilities you just wanted the money from the government. I also forgot to mention that before you came your female team in the office was very pushy when selecting a date when you could come. Even though I explained 4 times that I had to find a place for my dog to go for the day because he's not friendly with strangers in my home. I also had doctors and hospital appointments to go too that ive been waiting years for because of covid backlog. You guys didnt wear masks but we did. I can go on more and more about other things we weren't happy with and it seems your 1 star rating is a theme on your review and we are all wrong in your eyes.
