Lime Grove Surgery

Waste of time, If you get through you can speak to some airhead receptionist that wants to make an over the phone diagnosis when shes clearly not even qualified to answer the bloody phone let alone make a diagnosis. So you start to ring at 7.50 to 7.55 and when you get through at 8.10 there are no appointments left as they have given both of them away to Doris with her bunions and Ernest with his piles and then youll be told to go to A+E and sit there all day. Please find yourselves another surgery as youll probably die before you get to see someone in this absolutely useless place,

Spoke to someone yesterday regarding an illness myself, my wife & 2 children currently have. Was told to ring straight away at 8am this morning to book appointments for the 4 of us. When I ring they tell me to go to the walk in centre instead as they couldn't capacitate a family of 4. What's the point in this GP at all?? Never able to get an appointment & never receive good service!!!!

Absolute joke paid taxes all my life and pay nearly a 1k a month and first time i ask about help I am spoken to like a rodent, no wonder people keep killing themselves

They are only open certain times of day during the week and to make matters worse you can't book appointments for in the future you have to phone up on the day and hope you can get in to see a doctor. Receptionist is fabulous and will try and help you as much as she can and is the only reason I have given 2 stars. Avoid signing up with this doctors.
