Heartbroken to lose both Dr Sutton and Dr Consiglio. ...two of the most caring doctors this world has produced! Genuinely concerned about their patients, instead of the rigmarole of box ticking required by the QCC. They leave a huge gap - one which will be hard to fill .What a shame doctors aren't left to get on with the job they trained for , instead of keeping the faceless, pen pushing beaurocrats happy! We'll miss you , lovely doctors. Thank God the wonderfully helpful receptionists are still there.!

Dr Consiglio is lovely and very caring, however if youre unlucky enough to be seen by Dr Sutton, beware, she lacks insight in every way, she will lie to other agencys about you, takes pleasure when you get upset about this, shes very manipulative and down right evil, find another surgery.

Terrible. TERRIBLE service. 1) after saying I need to get a higher dosage of medication for my menal health they said "we arent qualified to give you anything higher then 50mg" only the mental health team can do that. So i asked to be referred and after weeks of waiting i find out that i wasnt even referred. 2) the receptionists are rather cold. 3) I haven't actually been able to speak to Dr sutton for 3 years because shes always off. The last time I spoke to her was 2018. No joke.

Been registered as with this practice for almost 50 years and although the Doctors have changed over the years, the care hasn't. Received good health care for the whole family.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I m in massive pain. Have an ulcer in my mouth for 2 weeks. They didn t give me any medication or refferal to a specialist. It affects my mental health as well and I did tell them I in massive pain, my ear an half head is sooo painful. They sent me home with nothing. This is after several phone calls when they finally decided they have to see me. Because another doctor from cornerstone said to monitor my throat glands for 4 weeks and if still big then to come to see me. He just told me that over the phone. Meanwhile everyone is happy. Apart from me. I was left in pain. No answer. No medication. No referral. How can you just leave someone like this? Massive joke
