Not even worthy of 1 star. Very poor service. I will be changing my doctor with immediate effect. Dr Nasir would be revolted by the treatment his life long patients receive at this inadequate establishment.

Used to be a good Dr's. Burrell, Donovan Mather Filletti the best As for present absolutely rubbish . Got asked Friday I don't know what you want I said to shift the pain that I have and still have . Not one Doctor has got off there chair and examined my problem. They don't like handing out prescriptions either. Nurses do a better job

Absolutely horrible and horrendous people/so called reception people. Been denied medical assistance after being involved in a 2 fatal crash on the m6 (rang 3 times) Says it all......disgusting.

I requested an appointment for my 18 month old daughter as she had a temperature- I was questioned over my parenting decisions by a member of staff on the phone because I called up in the afternoon - my daughter was fine in the morning and unwell in the afternoon. Children under 5 should be given priority if they are unwell. There was no sympathy or compassion from the admin staff and they were extremely rude. I shall be making a formal complaint and also registering with a different doctors to ensure my daughter receives the appropriate level of care. They refused to give me any details of the Practice Manager and told me to call back. The service is disgusting! No care or compassion! Shut this place down!!
