        Good Drs , we are only been asked to call in the morning for day bookings, and are badely ignored even ny son was suffering from extreme fever, we were only asked to again call and c to negotiate an after hours service at Closing time! Openning and closing times are not to the standard as other GPs open and close at same times of a day , Sandfield / Windermere closes at wired times somedays even earlier as today the web says 1:30 they say all booked call we close at 12:30, I could not connect my line from 8:00 didnt go into the que until 8:10 then the que no was 4 and was finally answered at 8:15 and was said full call at 12:30 to c for after hours even my son has been suffering from severe fever! Drs are top in thr class but receptionists dont care as I have been given different appoinments after visitng to see the nurse as the Dr couldent take my wifes case! Its was a pre booked with information given and the reception booked in the Dr and we had to go agon the other day
