After reading all these 1* reviews, it comes as no surprise. The way I was mistreated by Natalie Pepper the Practice Manager was the most shocking behaviour I have ever witnessed by any NHS professional

Always had a lovely reception from everyone and treated as though, what I'm saying, is worth listening to. Patience with their patients

Often have phone set to just cut off callers before ringing. Then if you try to get even a telephone appointment you are waiting weeks. In person appointments are not available. Reception are nice enough but often misinformed. Awful practice now.
