Consiglio Surgery

I take back last review as it was made in anger and fear the doctors are not the same but I'm afraid this is the new way it works but I would rather have this and the NHS saved my life more than times than would like to say so hope we can all give the new doctors respect they deserve think letters to patients to explain would of been very helpful now it was explained bye Mike a manager I truly understand it better the cornerstone staff have always been respectful and understanding so please try and be patient I wasnt and cannot apologise enough please respect your NHS and staff would or could you do this job for the low wages I now I couldn't

Since Dr Consiglio and Dr Sutton have left it has gone really down hill. Waiting for hours for a phone call back for my ill mother who had had a heart attack weeks previously, only to be told the doctor had seen the notification/appointment but still proceeded to go home instead of call my mother back to see if she needed an at home appointment due to her not being well enough to go to the doctors herself. It must have been because it was a Friday and couldnt be bothered to stay later due to it being the weekend. Other matters have happened also but I could end up writing war and peace if I carry on with the other issues. Disgraceful considering they have a duty of care to their patients.

Such excellent caring professionals , Dr Sutton and Dr Consiglio . For myself and my mother they have shown nothing but compassion and dedication to their calling .

Don't even bother to come here if you're an out of area patient after urgent diabetic medication, they just fob you off and tell you to contact your own doctor, 250 miles away! Absolutely disgusted with these useless drains on the taxpayers...
