The Sweet Retreat

Ordered at 730pm last night. Order arrived at 10:15pm. Choc fudge cake ice cream tray is totally different to how it used to be. Cake in tray was dry and like a brick and half the amount of cake you used to get. Asked for choc sauce on cake tray. Didn't get any sauce at all. Milkshakes were OK but again, no where near as good as they used to be. App offered 25% off but it wasn't letting us order through the app. Phoned to ask if they would honour the 25% on cash order. They didn't. All in all, won't be ordering from here again. Massively gone down hill since new owners. I appreciate they are still finding their feet in regards to delivery times etc but everything has completely changed in regards to quality of orders. Such a shame!

Ordered tonight as a treat for my daughter finishing her sats,I added a little message when ordering and when it came there was a tag with my little message on to my daughter lovely touch ice creams were great !!! Lovely delivery driver too

Ordered for delivery for the second time and wow! Hot cookie dough n Ice cream is to die for. The sweet box was filled with all our pick your own sweets. Our new fav place for. Treat. Delivery driver was friendly too
