I E Legal Debt Recovery

AVOID AVOID, AVOID. THEY ARE NOT ON THE LEGAL OMBUDSMAN "Approved list" AAbsolutely horrendous service. Still waiting 14 months after a relative passed away for the estate to be completed and given to my grandmother who is 82. I've logged every call, email and even sent letters by registered post and had them returned. When you do speak to someone they blame the other person, I've tried to open a case with the legal ombudsmen to find they aren't even on the approved list!! Total nightmare, we haven't seen a penny of the estate..

Seems to be ok until they got money. No answering phones or mails since COVID 19. Just updating my bad review. They finally answering phones. Spoke to them 3 times. Lady on reception told me she will chase them up for me. Well thats what she saying every two weeks I am contacting them. Unfortunately my case been sorting by trainee solicitor Thomas Hurley who left and it looks like they cant even find my case anymore on the end off the day no win no fee cost me 800 without even opening the case. So please I e legal can someone take phone and get things sorted?

Really happy with the work from ielegal and in-particular Thomas Hurley. We are a recruitment company and we had tried a couple of different companies before who had all failed miserably in their attempts to retrieve monies owed to us. To date Tom and the team have retrieved three out of three so we could not be happier. Will most certainly continue to use.
