The system went down and I decided to wait instead of rebook or go home till my appointment, i waited almost 2 hours but was made to feel very welcome and as comfortable as possible which made my wait as pleasant as possible and was very much appreciated.
The Dr who completed my assessment was so lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away
He didn't rush me and was very patient which was really nice and valued..
This experience was pleasant thanks to these 2 lovely people and despite the really long wait (which was no ones fault) was made into a positive experience.....
