        Horrible rude staff who have no idea what they are doing. Wouldn't let pick up my parcel, said I needed a barcode to scan. I had no barcode, showed them the email and my driving licence with the name and address on and still wouldn't give me my parcel and continued to serve other customers. Stay well clear

        Went to best one on board oak lane parr St. Helens bought out of date strong bow cider buy 3 months took it back refused to to refund me or give me a vat recpice Im a local customer told them many a times whats out of date and advise them as I run a well know business theres no SEL on any product makes there own prices up cant even prouduce a vat recpict poor customer service and shall be containing health and safety for all customer safety
