Unreliable post office services within One stop. I could only collect a parcel on Saturday morning a medical device that I needed urgently . The post office was closed due to sickness and the One Stop were not forthcoming at helping me to get my parcel. They gave me their head office number which was closed on a Saturday . I told them how I needed the parcel. They were happy to send me away because there was nothing they could do. I phoned the One stop at St Helens who spoke to them and they have now contacted the Eccleston post office team but none of them Are answering their mobiles to open up the post office so it is now 6.00 and I still dont have my parcel. Surely things could be better managed .

It is so difficult to write a review on this shop because, despite asking often for more vegetarian options, they are still limited. .. BUT we need to remember it is a small local convenience store and so space for stock must be limited.. with that in mind I cannot complain. Prices are a little dearer, as is often the case with small shops but they have good offers on... and my own experience of the staff I have encountered has been really good. The young Irish man in particular cheers me up with his lovely smile and banter. As a lonely, old woman, encounters with lovely people get me through the day in this mad world.

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment my daughter has just received in this store in Walmesley Road. She tried to buy cigarettes and was accused of stealing by an incompetent staff member. She was made to stand there in the shop humiliated for 10 minutes while they checked the cameras, listening to him tell other staff members that my daughter had stolen the cigarettes. The audacity of this incompetent staff member just because she has a scouse accent and was spending over 60 on cigarettes. This kind of customer service is despicable and whether or not the person who served my daughter is new to the role is totally irrelevant. He accused my daughter of stealing when it was proved that he clearly cannot count to 5 and claimed that my daughter stole them when he had in fact put them all back on the shelf! Clearly a liar as well as incompetent.
