Never actually used this company. However driving behind driver of a Mercedes (MV67 CXG). Decided that it was okay to drive through a puddle which was easily avoidable and soak a family with small children who were attending the Bute Park lights. Then proceeded to drive in and out of lanes with no indication. Wouldnt use if I got paid to. Dangerous Driving and no care for others on or off the road.

Just want to give a huge shout-out to our Ellison's coach driver today Derek Chivers. He was absolutely superb driving us all the way back from Southampton to Knutsford services. Despite the M6 being closed due to an overturned tanker, Derek managed to find a way back despite many of the A roads being gridlocked due to M6 closure. What a thoroughly pleasant and knowledgeable chap who spoke to us via the microphone keeping us regularly updated about what was happening. He even got a deserved round of applause when we arrived at Knutsford. As we had to detour through countryside, Derek would point out places of interest along the way. This is what going the extra mile for your customers looks like! Ellison's are lucky to have Derek. What a top, top bloke. Thanks again Derek.

The coach registration number 74 YKP was being driven recklessly and dangerously, whilst travelling southbound on the M1 between junctions 3 and 2 on Saturday 29th October around18:00. I was travelling in the inside lane of three lanes around 60 mph keeping slightly behind a car (Nissan Micra, I believe) driving in the middle of the three lanes. The coach referred to above drove up behind the car in the middle lane and tailgated it for a while. The coach driver then moved into the inside lane behind my vehicle tailgated me and then flashed me with its main beam lights. I slowed and braked, such that I was no longer in such close proximity to the car in the middle lane to allow the coach to overtake. The coach continued to tailgate me with its main beam lights on, despite me slowing considerably to allow the coach to pass - there were no other vehicles in the middle lane to impede the coach from overtaking me. The coach driver should not be in charge of any vehicle, let alone a large passenger carrying vehicle. The attached photo shows the same vehicle subsequently caught up in the traffic jam that always exists at the junction of the A406, North circular road.
