Bought a ford fiesta 1.4 diesel and everything is sound 12 month m.o.t no advisories drives well bought a set of break pads not that it needs them i just like to get new ones on, its just how i am, and because the car has a bit of warranty on it i phoned andy an he said he would fit them for free still gonna tip him though because he is a nice fella

I am very happy with the service received here. I bought a second-hand car from them in late 2022 shortly after emigrating. As I was new, I didn't know too much about how things work in the UK regarding insurance, taxes etc. Andy was more than happy to spend the time explaining everything to me and advising on everything. He let me take as long as I needed checking the car over and test driving it without putting any pressure on me to hurry up or to buy the car. I ended up there on an absolutely freezing day and he put a heater on for me in his workshop while we settled all the paperwork, which was very kind. The car developed a minor, unexpected problem a month after buying it, so I phoned Andy up and he told me to bring it straight back and he'd check it. I did so, and he was quick and efficient about checking everything and explaining the issue to me. Because of the unexpected trip back to him, I had to take a work call while there and Andy let me sit in his workshop again to sort my work out. They even offered me tea while I was there. All-in-all, Andy and the Sutton Car Centre team are just downright nice people and I recommend dealing with them. The issue with my car was minor and unexpected, and he was more than happy to assist with it as well as recommend a pathway forward.

Super little garage, bought a fiesta for my son, minor little repair needed within the warranty period, it was fixed same day, thank you so much Andy my son now has reliable transport and I have peace of mind knowing he has been sold a genuine vehicle
