Riff is a very talented stylist, She is delightful and always charming and helpful. She also offered me a cup of tea which was very nice of her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riff was so sweet and helped me decide the colour I wanted! She made me feel confident that I would like it. I was nervous during the visit so she talked me through her steps. I ended up LOVING the highlights and will definitely be returning back in the future from now on! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Its an absolutely incredible salon. The service here is exceptional. The price is right on point for the service. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is the best hair salons. I took my 4 year old son here for a hair cut, spare of the moment thing as we walked past and saw there was no one inside (should have realised then!!). A short older female greeted us and said she could fit him in. I asked if she could trim his hair with scissors as he is afraid of dubbers and she proceeded to hack away away at his beautiful hair in random fashion, thinking she knows what she was doing and it would look good in the end I didnt say anything. At the end when she said she was done I pointed out that she had not touched an entire side of his hair so it was lobsided and the top of his hair was all lengths. She then decided to hack away at his fringe which she had already scalped before I said enough is enough, honestly felt like crying and my son who had been brave and sat beautifully letting someone cut his hair had an awful experience. A few weeks later my mother in law called in and saw the same hairdresser and was less than pleased with her all lengths bob. Please do not use this hairdressers, absolutely disgraceful!
