        I am utterly appalled at the behaviour of this business. Please dont wast your money as there is no process in place for when things go wrong with treatments. A business should always remain professional especially when issues around the safe use of products arises. The owner failed to deliver any care or compassion during a recent treatment that went wrong. Instead this business decided to troll and bully the complainant. Worse than that she used her Facebook business page as a platform to try to troll and Bully. Very very unprofessional and I hope people choose to avoid you in the future. There is no place in the beauty industry for such a nasty person.
