Thank you to all the lovely staff at St Helens for looking after my badly shook up mum today, after some horrible thief taking her purse from her handbag and spending over 2 months worth of her pension money. The staff went above and beyond to calm my mum down, cancel her cards and notify myself and the police.

Usually a good branch but visited today, for at least 1/2 hr, there was only one teller open. Three or four staff members wandering round, queues to the door. The two ladies at the help desk were serving but queues increasing. This branch needs to sort more seats for elderly and those with mobility issues (not wheelchairs) and a customer toilet if this is going to be the normal level of service! Not sure if the staff realise, if more tellers are serving at the counter, the queues will decrease quicker.
