        Five weeks nobody turned up to clean, made complaint, a dirty wet mop was used to sweep and supposedly clean three blocks. They do not have right equipment and time to do even a modest job. Why are we paying for such a terrible service? I would welcome the ceo to visit, they would see the level of cleaning that they are responsible for but not providing It seems reading other reviews, that we are not an isolated case, so ceo, read them please, and rectify our concerns

        They can't clean for toffee, they are rude. Ignorant, don't use proper equipment, have they heard of water! Unprofessional,!? we pay a service charge for the cleaning and maintenance, the window cleaners are a waste of time, come when they want, and the cleaner is a total waste of money, this is a lot to do with the housing association that uses them there as bad. 4 minutes to clean a 3 storey block of apartments!!

        Sent me to Huyton, then at last minute said they made a mistake. Kirkby and Huyton don't look alike let alone sound similar phonetically! Joke agency (as they all are) and apparently ran by retards!
