Scott of SD Solutions recently undertook a remodelling of our downstairs cloakroom. When he called to discuss the work and provide a quote, he came up with ideas/suggestions as to how best to proceed, which we found very helpful. The work was subsequently carried out and we were very pleased with the result, to the extent that we then asked Scott to provide a quote for the installation of a combi boiler. Again, he explained the work to be undertaken, provided lots of information on the system to be installed and subsequently completed the work. He came to my house on 7th June 22 for a bathroom quote said give us a couple of days , not heard anything since, it is now 14th june, I guess he doesn't want to do work not very professional, also said he will drop off some wall panel samples but guess what nothing. He is just another let down trader. Customers don't want to hear excuses you said a couple of days if it's going to take longer call me ,keep customers in the loop.

Looked on Google and decided to give Scott a ring for help and advice on my ensuite, what a great decision he went through everything and gave us some ideas to boot, did everything we wanted with fantastic results, if your looking for a reliable clean working and who's excellent at what he does look no further i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in fact I'm having him back to do more work. Called to book a boiler repair. Set a date and although in the house at the agreed time, no one appeared although they claimed in a phone call that they did. Re arranged another appointment and waited in for well beyond the appointment time and yet again let down. Would not use as wastes your time. Edit. As this doesn't allow for a response to a comment I'll have to add it here. I can concede that they may have attempted an appointment visit the first time but I can with total assuredness say that they did not try a second or a third time.
