        Every time is a nightmare. Is this a post office??? Either they dont have the paper to print the postage label or the parcel is too big or whatever, many times I didnt manage to post my stuff. I wasted time and money in there too often now. Thats not up to the standard that the Royal Mail delivers.

        Avoid! Avoid! Do not request parcel delivery to them. They refuse to take my parcels because they are "oversized". I didn't order any heavy stuff, just the box was large (advise from amazon). The parcel was just 2.5 kg.

        If youre looking to drop off parcels I wouldnt bother. 3 out of 4 attempts failed because they dont have labels?
