Grangeview Estates

Stay far far away from Grangeview estates. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lie, manipulate, don't return disposits, are rude, ignore calls openendely, avoid repairs, leave flats disgustingly dirty and messy, and much more. This has not just been our experience, but that of anyone I have spoken to who has rented a flat with Grangeview as the agents. DON'T rent a property with them unless you want to lose money, a lot of time, and a lot of emotional energy.

Sam called and argued like a child that i did call about a property when i couldnt remember calling (called 2/3 weeks ago) and when i asked what property it was regarding, he didnt give the details he just continued to argue that i called. Funny young man, not the way to close a deal. This is just a learning oppertunity for yourself dont call me again. Thanks.

We are currently renting a property from Grangeview Estates, and have been really happy with the experience. The team are professional, efficient and pleasant and the whole process has been very straightforward. They are quick to respond if we have any queries or need assistance with the property, and the flat itself is in fantastic condition and is a lovely place to live. Excellent service, thank you.

Rented flat from them and they went out of their way to complete all our requirements quickly and efficiently .
