Paul was absolutely amazing. His advice was always sensible and extremely clear, and at times it felt like his level head was the only thing which kept the whole process moving. We'd have been completely lost without him! We were a bit worried that for the price quoted, we'd end up being part of a factory output, but our experience was absolutely not this. It was incredible value! I should also say that the price came exactly to that first quoted.
