4 people on a Saturday morning.. curious, their profits are embarrassingly high but their service gets worse by the day. The queue I was in had more people leaving then were being served. On top of that.. possibly the worst person serving customers on the floor. Loud, rude, looking down on people doing that so loud.. Embarrassing

The worst customer service existing! No help from Staff and wrong information delivered twice. A huge waste of time for people need to complete operations for their businesses.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I went in for a simple 3 min operation to confirm my postal address as there was a glitch with the application. I stayed for over an hour, I witnessed elderly people who could barely stand having to queue for a very long time and some employees with laptops in their hands trying to find their desks. There was only one cashier open, though there were clearly employees around and when I asked if they could open another one, I got a short, sharp : 'No, madam' back. I was then pulled out of the queue where I had stayed for over 50 min to be asked to have my name on another waiting list and again, having to wait for 10 - 15 min. Such poor service, Barclays! Shame. This is not the service I expect for you managing my finances.

Disgusting customer service. Unbelievebale!! Their system lost all my data, they ask to keep coming to the branch, but every time i come there is some issue that they "cant help me" today... Go to another bank!
