I can't fault these amazing caring compassionate people. When my dog beauty died I didn't know what to do I rang them asking for help with the cremation of her. They were so caring they let us have a final cuddle and kiss goodbye with beauty they never rushed us it was our pace they went with the final kiss and cuddle will stay with me forever. They cremated her gave us a paw print and fur clippings with a charm. Seriously these people are animal angels I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. I totally recommend silvermere

Can't fault the service They returned our beloved Cat Mellow in a week. He's now home where he belongs. Very helpful and there for all our needs. In a truly different time. Thank you.

I would not recommend this place at all, I didn't have a choice as its the place the vet used. Not once did anyone I spoke to seem to care or be interested in anything other then taking my money! When I found out they use DPD to deliver the ashes I was beyond mortified to be told they were the best of a bad bunch! At this point i felt i had no choice if i wanted her ashes back i would have pay extra to collect them the same day as the cremation. It took 2 hours on public transport to get there, the room was not quite as all i could hear were people laughing, talking and whistling. The room itself had cobwebs, felt cold and not inviting. There was a book, im assuming its a memorial book as noone bothered to tell me, for you to write in, I didn't. After seeing her i then had to wait, but there are no facilities for that and its in the middle of nowhere, i end up walking around for an hour before stopping at the hilton for a coffee as i got absolutely soked in a downpour. I then went back to collect her ashes, again nowhere to sit to sort them out in my bag, i bought her bed to store them in on the journey home, when i opened my bag to put the ashes into i swear i saw the woman roll her eyes as she couldn't just dump them in, before my bag was closed she was gone! Honestly it was awful experience, not the way i wanted to say goodbye to my companion of 18 years, really not good enough, they also kept referring to my cat as a him, even after correcting them. I was not given an option of caskets, didn't even know this was an option. I would definitely recommend looking around for a more respectful place
