Ive been training at NewWave CrossFit for 4 yrs and I cant say enough positive things about it. When I joined I had no idea what CrossFit was or what any of the movements were, especially anything involving the bar bell. I was a complete beginner; my basic fitness was low. What I love most is that time the coaches have taken over the years to help me improve and develop. In myself I certainly feel stronger, fitter and more confident in my ability. The community and atmosphere in the box is so encouraging, up beat and inclusive. Frazer, Sienna and the team work extremely hard promoting the community aspect of CrossFit which is great. Now, 4 other members of my family regular go to NewWave CrossFit, their ages range from 18 75 yrs old and they all love. Thank you NewWave Keep up the hard work !

Newwave CrossFit is an amazing place to train. Its fully kitted out with everything you need. The community is second to none with everyone being so friendly and supportive no matter if youve been a member for 5 minutes or 5 years. The coaches are very experienced, friendly, supportive and genuinely want to help you achieve you goals. Every class is scaled to accommodate all abilities. Frazer has truly created amazing place for everyone no matter what your level of fitness is. I would highly recommend coming for a free taster so you can experience the magic for yourself.
