The Malins Group

The Malins Group have just announced, one month and one day before the targeted & advertised completion date, that they are pulling all existing sales within the Green Bank development and no longer marketing any. Disgraceful. I would urge strong caution to anybody considering purchasing through them to not.

I have worked with the team at Malins on a number of commercial property deals and have never been disappointed with the support and service received. Tbh, I tend to go into property transactions with low expectations because most companies see you as just 'another sale'. This was not the case with Malins, as they have been as supportive post sale as they were before the contracts were signed.

I actually stumbled upon the Malins group from a personal recommendation which I don't take lightly. The staff are very courteous and professional and really listened to my purchasing criteria (I am very picky). The whole process went through very smoothly and as with anything there were some aftersales niggles which needed attention. These were resolved in a reasonable time frame, not super quick but still resolved nonetheless. From what I know, a lot of their work is through word of mouth and therefore their reputation is critical. Overall, I would use Malins again as the quality of their work and professionalism is excellent - I am a little biased as their interior designers are superb!!!

The Malins Group consistently breach building noise regulations on their site with no consideration for or communication with local residents. I'm writing this early on a bank holiday Monday with a splitting headache from the noise of brick blasting that started from 8:20am. This is sadly not unusual or surprising given their working practices over the past ten months. ----- UPDATE: I appreciate Malins taking the time to respond to this feedback, however it was a bank holiday only yesterday and we were again subjected to further loud drilling from 8am onwards. As a potential client I would be concerned by the fact that your contractors clearly do not work to the requirements set for them.
