Apex Car & Van Rental

Just awesome. From coming up with a great deal, to being super great to deal with, we couldn't say anything that wasn't positive about our experience with Apex. When you book something like this from the other side of the world you take a risk. but we needn't have worried. Sam, Abby and other staff (including George the dog!) were all fantastic. Always a pleasure visiting and picking up/swapping over new vans and cars. I recommend them to every good driver I know. A few cosmetic changes and Lara has been sold.

Update: needed to hire a car for 9 months, while we decided whether we were ready to take the plunge and go electric. Since the original posting, new competition has arrived, making the process very much less cumbersome than at Apex. One major pain was the requirement to go through one of their brokers to arrange insurance. The alternatives allow you to just update your existing insurance. @Apex, please consider the customer experience when offering long term rental..... One of the best kept secrets in the car rental business. You pretty much always get a new car with no mileage. cheaper by miles than any other rental company, too...
