Went for an MRI here as referred by my consultant. Had to call a week after the referral to prompt them to give me an appointment- they said they had been too busy to call me themselves. They also had some computer troubles which meant it took a while to get booked in, but eventually got appointment for 48 hours later, so no long waiting time. On the day the, staff were very courteous and professional and the service was prompt and efficient.

This is a very good practice with amazing doctors but the accounts, the admin and the management are unable to produce a correct invoice after one month later. I have called dozens of times, have sent and received lots of emails, still not rezolved and the incompetence is simply unimaginable

The team here are great. Professional and efficient. My only advice would be double check the parking spots to make sure you're in a named bay, they are labelled but it's pretty small unless you're actually looking for it. In terms of environment, treatment and general approach. The team are courteous, efficient, professional and most importantly human.

Went here for an mri, lots of parking available I went on a Sunday. Parking is free but u have to park in the spaces allocated to prime - see photos the spaces are clearly labelled the company they are allocated to. Great service from the team that looked after me. I had an mri on my leg & knee & I didn't have to remove my jeans just my jewellery, watch & trainers. Each mri takes 20 mins. They give u head phones to listen to radio station of your choice. I found the mri machine made a bit of noise throughout as expected but not as loud as the nhs mri I had in previous years. I didn't have to wait & was seen straight away. I had 2 x mri's done which took 40 mins & was out & back in car 45 mins after I'd arrived. I was also given a disc copy of my mri afterwards. Great service
