I recently engaged Louise to help me with a commercial to residential conversion in London. Will a full time job and minimal time, I needed assistance with planning the conversion project and also needed the insights of an experienced professional to help me avoid the pitfalls common in such conversions. I needed advice on a property transaction in Spain. Louise went the extra mile to advise on differences in how property transactions are conducted in Spain compared to here in the UK.
