DWS Body Works

After my car had been stolen and retrieved back by the police, my insurers said I had to take this to their authorised repairers Nationwide repairs / DWS weybridge. Prior to the car going to the workshop, there was slight damage which I verified upon the police pound and noted the mileage and DWS had taken 4 months and still not started any work! I called and called for weeks and they said that they were busy! After getting so frustrated I told my insurers to take the car back to BMW as the car was virtually brand new and shouldnt be going to some shoddy garage for a car thats almost 50k! It took ages after arguing with the insurers but finally managed to get a tow track to put this on a back of a lorry. When BMW received this, the front bumper was hanging off, massive dents all over the body, wheel and tyre damage all round, interior was filthy and the car was literally trashed! I trusted my insurers to repair the car and not use and abuse this whilst in their possession! They clocked up 8k miles in 4 months from my verification from the police pound! This is totally unacceptable and I would steer clear from shoddy garages like this. I have no idea where they have taken and used my car as already being a victim of a burglary and a stolen car at the same time, this is just a kick in the teeth whilst your already down! Please please steer clear of these cowboys!
