As a buyer I had lots of questions and so did my property solicitor we found it easy to obtain all the necessary information quickly from them , enabling the purchase to take place within a short time. I now use Kenniston and Associates Ltd for the management of the buy to let... again l cannot fault the experience and friendly service.

The entire team of real estate professionals, decorators and maintenance service team led by Mr. Kenyon have at all times shown the utmost level of knowledge, care and responsiveness through all these years at every turn. A respected and well known member of the local community, former banker and investor that we trust and as a family, can not praise enough. Superb!

We have been tenants for more than 5 years in a property managed by Kenniston & Associated. The whole team is first class, always available and always solving issues promptly. We have rented houses for over 20 years from several letting agencies here in the UK. No doubt K&A is one of the best.

It is unpleasant to read that someone has fallen victim to a banking scam, but it is even more unpleasant when the victim becomes vindictive and without justification tries to destroy the reputation of a company such as Kenniston & Associates Ltd. Having been one of their clients for 25 years, I can sincerely say that during the intervening period I have found the service provided by their personnel totally professional in every aspect relating to the acquisition and and management of my property portfolio. It is beyond belief that a derisory review has been posted criticising the reputation and professional integrity of the company, which is in no way representative of the service they provide to their predominantly international clientele. We have been tenants of Kenniston for 2 years now, and have enjoyed a friendly and helpful landlord. Maintenance is looked well after. So we just extended into the 3rd year.
