We are stuck with an expensive brand new LG fridge freezer that we paid to be delivered and installed. Sadly LGs delivery team decided to show up 3 hours late and then just dump it and drive off! Now we cant get hold of LG and are stuck with a full shop going bad and no idea when we will hear from LG! Awful service

The worst customer service i have ever known! Dont buy an LG washing machine as you wont be able to get any parts for it if it goes wrong!

Zero customer service. My washer dryer has an electrical fault 2 years and 4 months after purchasing. They say it is out of the 2 year warranty despite the sticker on the front saying there is a 10 year warranty for the inverter. Now the electrical fault could be related to the inverter, we don't know - they should investigate rather than fob me off. Anyway I've got an independent local repairer to come quickly to take a look and hopefully fix it. Either way, I will be taking LG to small claims court for the cost of repair or replacement (plus all other associated costs) once everything is sorted - too bad for them really.

waited over 4 months so for refund or my washing machine when was not in stock and had been offered refund messed about by customer services at lg shop many times told i was about to get refund, or that machine was back in stock, or that they did not believe initially that I bought from them when they had been sent a copy of the reciept as they did not even recognise their own reciepts or that i would be called back but never was on many occassions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If you are a business avoid at all costs as they will frustrate you so much and their delivery is so poor and so is their customer service.
