Awful experience. Sony have sold me a damaged item and are not allowing me to return it. Customer service keeps saying the same thing to me and its no use. So now I have a broken item that I have spent loads of money on that doesnt work

Sony are selling products that don't work! I bought a PlayStation 3 and tried playing call of duty black ops which has been hacked I kept getting kicked from games by hackers ect, Sony haven't done anything to correct the problem and are still selling ps3 games that don't work properly because of hackers! All Sony need to do is update the ps3 and update the games. WHY ARE YOU LETTING YOUR SONY PLAYSTATION 3 BE TAKEN OVER BY HACKERS? I am Very disappointed with Sony you should look after your customer's!
