Absolutely appalling service. We needed an banner printing for a press launch and paid extra to have it produced as priority. We had their word that we would receive it in time and to this date, 2 months later we have never seen the banner we paid for. Requested a refund and had to call them 27 times, sent 10 emails and then had to threaten them with legal action and got Trading Standards involved just to get our refund. It took us 2 months and took up an insane amount of our time. Absolutely appalling service, rude and incompetent staff and they can't even fulfil their orders. Would absolutely NOT recommend these guys, please stay clear and save yourself a lot of money and hassle!!!
