Kelly did a great job of managing an empty property for me, including arranging maintenance, regular site visits, checking security, reading meters etc. Prior to the lease ending, Kelly arranged for quotes, managed contractors, dealt with the landlord and so on and so on. This was particularly invaluable as the property is over 200 miles from me. An extremely professional service throughout and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Kelly to anybody with a property to manage.
