        I avoid busy times so never had a problem in the cafe and I think its good value and decent quality. Staff have always been friendly. Great store, good food hall and with Tesco next door can get the cheaper everyday products at the same time. That said M&S very competitive these days with their meal deals given the superior quality of the food.

        I went in to get chocolate and gluten free cake! Theirs is the best. It's a treat shopping for food here. Not all is expensive either.

        Terrible experience, the managerJemma doesn't listen, got a damaged item after worn it a few times, Jemma was very dismissive she just gave me a paper to write to customer services, I'm really disappointed with such an appalling service
