Alex Manos - Health And Performance

Alex definitely knows his stuff but I sadly found I had to chase for test results and to arrange calls as part of the monthly service I signed up to. For one of our calls he didn't turn up at all and I found I had got to the stage of paying 175 per month for 4 months but only had 2 calls. I had hoped Alex would get back in touch offering me the calls I was overdue and had paid for but I didn't hear from him again after cancelling my subscription. I was very disappointed with the lack of support - if you're going to ask clients to sign up to a monthly service you really need to ensure you're going to meet those service agreements, and if not I suggest you charge clients per consultation instead. For 700 this was a very poor service.

I had my first introduction to breathwork with Alex and omg, it took me by a surprise. I felt both happy and exhausted. Alex was an amazing guide and a teacher, he made feel so open and relaxed. I felt like anything is possible after our session. I wish I lived closer so I could explore and learn more.

Being a skeptic around some alternative methodologies I took the plunge and had a Breathwork session with Alex Manos. I was nervous as to what to expect ahead of the session but Alex was fantastic at putting me at ease from the outset. He clearly and engagingly explained the ethos behind Breathwork and what to expect from the session. Whilst I went in without any expectations or idea of whether I "do it" I was really surprised that I got into the rhythm and actually felt things shifting. Alex was very good at the end of the session in wrapping up and helping me gain an understanding of these shift. I would highly recommend working with him.

I had my first "transformational breath" session with Alex this week and it was amazing! I wasn't new to breath work and did not really know what to expect, but it released a lot of emotions which I thought I had already dealt with in the past. The breath is so powerful and Alex created such a safe space, which allowed me to fully let go...it was truly "transformational"! Thank you Alex, I can't wait for our next session, Gesa
