Erica made our gorgeous wedding cake for our April wedding at Hampton Court House. It absolutely blew us and all our guests away! It looked and tasted incredible, she decorated it so well with spring flowers from our florist Fairynuff. Highly recommend Erica to be your wedding baker, shes really professional and so talented at what she does.

We had Erica make our wedding cupcakes and it was the best decision ever! Not only did the floral piping look absolutely incredible, they tasted devine. We've had so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the cakes were. Not only are her cakes amazing, but Erica was great to work with. I told her my ideas and she created the most amazing display of floral cupcakes, it was so much more than I could have imagined. Thank you so much Erica!

Erica made our gorgeous wedding cake last year. We couldnt have been happier with it, not only was it absolutely beautiful but each layer was delicious - we had so many comments on the way it looked and tasted! Erica was also so helpful and responsive throughout the process - from sending sample flavours to coordinating with our florist to add flowers. Couldnt recommend Iced Innovations more!

Erica's cake was absolutely delicious, and stunning to look at. Erica is also a pleasure to deal with, with a keen eye for detail and highly professional. We served our cake as pudding, and the whole thing was eaten! Thank you Erica.

Erica made a fabulous cake for our wedding at Loseley Park. Erica was really helpful during the design process and listened carefully to what we wanted. In the end we opted for a three tier cake with classic fondant icing but with the added special detail of hand-piped lace to match my wife's wedding dress. The cake made a stunning centrepiece and of course, it tasted absolutely delicious too: salted caramel, Victoria sponge, and lemon and elderflower were the flavours we chose. We would highly recommend Erica!
