        Ordered 2 burgers and a kids meal at tesco's caf in Brooklands weybridge. Burger came out uncooked and when escalated to the team leader Megan, she was very dismissive and informed me that all food is probed before coming out. The customer service was very poor and uncaring about the quality, let alone the service. Kid-friendliness: No ice cream available for waffles and a super weak semi skimmed milkshake, charged at an extra pound for the tiniest bit of chocolate powder added to the milk.
