Took my car to 2 other places who couldnt identify the issue and I therefore wasted time and money. Fares and Repairs fixed my car in the morning, serviced in the afternoon and MOTd in the evening i was blown away! Thanks again guys!

My experience with a local BMW dealership last year was so bad I seriously considered changing my BMW for a different brand so I didn't have to return there!
After some research I found Adam and his team locally and the reviews looked promising.
They definitely weren't wrong!
From first contact, Adam has been friendly, helpful, honest and professional.
When booking my car in for service he was totally up front with what would and wouldn't need doing with no pressurised 'up selling' of the dealership along with an accurate estimate of the cost.
I dropped my car in as arranged with no issues and Adam kept my informed of progress throughout the day. It was completed in good time.
Upon collection, I paid the bill, which was substantially lower than the same would have cost at the BMW dealer, and collected my car. No fuss and none of the drawn out farce of taking nearly an hour to collect my car last year at the dealership.
The work looks to be done to a high standard and the on board service history is all up to date.
Chatting to Adam you soon realise he is passionate about cars and about giving great customer service.
Adam and the team has definitely restored my faith that I'll be able to continue enjoying my car for many years to come.
