        100 pitch well drained site with 1 very well maintained facility block on hill in remote location. Some noise from adjacent A38 , distant sea view and countryside environment. Children's play area, pets welcome and small dog walk, no motor home service area, friendly staff, small picnic area with some integral wooden bench seats with table.

        Very quiet when we arrived, which was great for us, we were met by Paul who showed us our spot and what to do. He politely asked my age and that I could get a discount for using C&C club. He told us where the best eateries are and because the brakes had literally worn out on our van as we arrived he recommended a local garage, ten minutes later we were heading for said garage to have our van repaired. Its a lovely little site with hot spacious showers, clean toilets a tidy toilet drop and pool and table tennis for the energetic people. Would I recommend it. Absolutely. road noise? What road noise, its near a road, its not noisy in the evenings.
