        We have 3 cats and every single person we have seen has taken amazing care of them. We had to bring Lily in as an emergency and they accommodated us, no problem. The service we received was second to non and would definitely recommend

        Took my nervous dog in today to have her annual check and vaccination. They put her, and me at ease. Was really patient with her. Lovely friendly service.

        I arrived half an hour early for my appointments but was seen straight away, my last visit I was seen 15 minutes before my due appointment time (unheard of elsewhere)! All the staff are really friendly and genuinely caring and interested in your pets. My vet, Evelina, is very knowledgeable and helpful and explains everything clearly. On this occasion my visit was for 2 of my tortoises. I would definitely recommend.
