Haven't completed a course in several years since I was in the frontline emergency services, so felt extremely anxious about arranging and attending. Sandy was really helpful from the first email i sent enquiring about which courses i needed to complete to successfully renew my SIA licence. I emailed numerous training providers seeking the help with the qualifications required, and Sandy was the first to reply within an hour and was the only one to give accurate advice on what courses I needed to complete. On the day as soon as Sandy greeted me at the reception desk my anxiety disappeared and immediately felt at ease. The day was relaxed and very informative and despite limited numbers Sandy continued with the day where I have known other training providers cancel. My apprehension for the day turned into enjoyment, and cannot say that about every training course I have completed! To anyone looking at completing training, I highly recommend Sandy at SPP solutions. Thankyou so much!!

I participated in a first aid and manual handling course in January 2022. Both were run by James Sanderson (Sandy) who was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and created a very relaxed atmosphere over the whole duration of the courses. The course structure for the first aid course was very comprehensive.
