Buyer beware here. 480 for 15 mins of poor quality welding to a cylinder head. Save the hassle and go elsewhere.

Closed early on a friday despite telling me they were open until 3.30. Was travelling all the way from yorkshire so wasted an entire day not to mention mileage. Shocking customer service.

Personally would not recommend, if i could i would give this place a rating of 0 stars ;as they did nothing good for me.They were very rude on the phone towards me and sounded very hostile saying things such as "i can pick what jobs i can do and i wont do your job" even though he had had it for over 4 weeks. Furthermore, he didn't let me get it back until another two weeks after; this accumulates to being over 6 weeks he has had it. He also stated things such as "its here on a pallet ready for you to collect" in a volatile voice. Therefore, if you want to save your time and not go through the hassle of talking to someone so rude as him i would recommend finding somewhere else.

Real bad communication and customer service. Someone recommended this company as they recently had some work done and was turned round quickly. I rang on Thursday requiring a service, I spoke with Paul and he was very friendly and wanted to help He told me to bring the head down on Monday and speak with Alan who specialises in head gasket work. 3 hour round trip got there and Alan really wasn't interested. One he told me it would be at least a minimum 4 weeks before he could look at it and then tried to tell me he would have to design something which would have cost me another 300/400 but he already fixed the exact same head in December for a Ford Focus ST. After telling him I just drove all the way here he just said sorry and won't help. Paul and Alan are brothers they could of least communicate better after waisting my entire morning.
