STEPH WALKER
absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff, wouldnt let us in for breakfast as they where full, but when explaining this to us was very rude about it, told us we would of been told when we checked in to sort breakfast booking then and there. when we told her we hadnt , which we hadnt she was very rude about how the staff all know to tell guests on arrival so we must be lying. then tried to pick a argument with my partner, infront of our young kids. im very appalled by her attitude. we will not be stopping there again
