        Worst experience - They leave the elderly with no hot water or central heating a broken boiler and can't give a timescale for a simple call back. SHOCKING !

        Absolutely awful service I have a green sludge leaking from my boiler I called the number and I was told someone would be out at 15.00pm they then called me and said the engineer was running late and they would be out at 16.00pm at 17.00 I called the number to be greeted by a very rude woman who advised me that the engineer was on his way its not 18.43 and no one has been and my boiler is still leaking !! Where is the engineer coming from the moon !! I am so angry and annoyed
