        I have had parcels delivered to me today and yesterday both occasions the Postman HAS Not rang my door bell just shuffed a red card through my letterbox I am so annoyed both parcels are fragile now I have to arrange a time to collect them whereas if he rang the RING door bell he could of left them with my next door neighbour Delivery officer initials RB
