        The service from Kerry was exemplary ,the same cant be said about the girls in the front of the shop .no one seemed to be working ,were watching what was happening* at Costas ,and openly discussing people,.I would have thought they are bound by patient confidentiality ,just as any other business that offers NHS services

        I have always had great service with Scrivens, today a lovely girl I think called Abbey was so patient and helpful I felt I just had to send this reference. Thank you (I hope Ive got your name right! She sorted my hearing aids out. The service I got was amazing..in the Havant branch
